Situated within the buzzing, multicultural hub of Singapore, Singapore EXPO is the country’s largest purpose-built meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions (MICE) venue.
Located in the Changi precinct, Singapore EXPO is a 10-minute drive from Changi Airport, and 20-minutes from the city center. It is close to three major expressways and easily accessed via public transport, with the EXPO train station being an interchange for two Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) lines. The venue is supported by an extensive range of amenities, including WIFI-enabled network, 5G mobile coverage, and over 1,600 car park lots to accommodate visitors’ needs.
The location also allows visitors a glimpse into the uniquely-Singaporean history and lifestyle through well-loved places of interest like the First Heritage Town Joo Chiat and Jewel Changi Airport.

COMPULSORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The following responsibilities are all compulsory in order for us to deliver your event package, please ensure you complete each task by the deadlines outlined below.
COMPLETE H&S FORM
Health & Safety at our shows is extremely important to keep EVERYONE safe.
Before arriving onsite we ask that all exhibiting companies read the Informa Tech Rules & Regulations Handbook and complete the Health & Safety Form.
If the form has not been completed, or not completed to the appropriate standard, Informa Tech organisers reserve the right to refuse build/admission to the show or ask you/your stand contractor (if applicable) to resubmit the form with further information.
IMPORTANT: All forms are due for submission by 3 May.
SUBMIT YOUR ROOM CONFIGURATION
In order to organise your hospitality suite the best way possible, we need your room configuration confirmed ASAP or no later than 3 May:
Seating Configuration – Please choose ONE option:
1. Classroom
2. Theatre
3. Boardroom
4. Banquet
To assist you in planning your configuration you may refer to the Max Atria Capacity Chart.
Please email YOUR OPERATIONS CONTACT with your preferred option and capacity required.
If you are planning to build in this room with your contractor please let YOUR OPERATIONS CONTACT know as additional approval and Health and Safety forms may be required.
If you require an alternative layout or additional furniture you will need to order this through Pico or CNeX.
REGISTER YOUR STAFF
All staff must be registered on VISIT (our registration system). Shortly after your welcome email from us you will receive an email from registration@asiatechxsg.com <noreply@visitcloud.com> enabling you to register your staff.
Please ensure you register your staff no later than 17th May.
VISA INVITATION LETTER
If anyone attending the event requires a letter of invitation to support any visa application we would be more than happy to help, but they must be registered first. The steps below outline the process:
- Register the individual for the event
- Individual receives confirmation email of registration with link to apply for a visa invitation letter
- Individual completes form
- PDF visa invitation letter is generated and issued via email to individual
EVENT SERVICES
The following event services are optional extras should you wish to elevate your presence onsite and arrange deliveries pre-event.
AUDIO VISUAL
To order AV for Opal rooms (Level 1), please contact katherine.wong@constellar.co
To order AV for Citrine, Tourmaline, Peridot, Topaz rooms (Level 2) please complete the order form and return to jiaxin.foo@ascendcom.com.sg
As stocks are limited, late orders cannot be guaranteed & if accepted, will be subjected to a 30% surcharge after the deadline (1 month Before Show Date) and a 50% surcharge for on-site orders.
CATERING
All food and beverage in Hospitality Suites must be ordered through the venue. Outside caterers are prohibited.

DELIVERIES
We strongly recommend that you use one of these three freight handlers for this event. Informa Tech cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment nor are they responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries.

Informa Tech will not sign for the goods on your behalf. You must be onsite to receive and sign for the shipment yourself at the time it arrives.
Please note that post event, Informa nor the venue are responsible for returning your shipments. You must arrange the shipment yourself and then label the boxes and leave them with the appropriate person for collection.

By Train / MRT (Mass Rapid Transit)
Singapore EXPO is served by two MRT lines: the East-West (Green) Line and Downtown (Blue) Line. You may travel by either lines and alight at the Expo MRT station (CG1/DT35), which is located nearest to Foyer Two or Hall 6.
By Public Bus
Shortest walk to Foyer One, Meeting Rooms and Halls 1-3:

By Car
Situated at the crossroads of 3 main expressways – East Coast Parkway (ECP), Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Tampines Expressway (TPE), Singapore EXPO is a 15-minute drive from the CBD and a 5-minute ride to Changi International Airport.
By Taxi
The taxi fare from the airport to Singapore EXPO is about $15 and to the city about $20, subject to surcharges. There are two taxi stands:
Expo Halls 1-3 & Meeting Rooms: Foyer One Taxi Stand – I42
Expo Halls 4-6: Foyer Two Taxi Stand – I02

CODE OF CONDUCT

We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. We are a diverse community of professionals, and we conduct ourselves professionally. Please be considerate and careful with your words and actions. Exhibitors in the expo hall, evening party hosts and organizers of concurrent activities should be aware they are subject to the code of conduct. Exhibitors and party hosts may not promote sexualized or offensive imagery or activities. Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.

By registering for this event you acknowledge recordings, video, and photographs are being taken during the event. By you entering this event, you give unqualified consent to: Informa Tech, its agents, licensees to record, use and publicise your voice, actions, likeness, and appearance, in any manner and media, worldwide in perpetuity. If you wish to avoid being recorded, please do not enter this event.

Any company claiming to have such information to sell is not affiliated with Asia Tech x Singapore, or its parent company Informa, and do not have access to our confidential records.
