Here you will find all the relevant information you may need for the event, so please make sure you read through each section carefully and meet any applicable deadlines. What's Next?

If you have purchased a raw space package, you will be required to complete the below steps.

  1. Please submit an ai or eps logo and a jpeg or png logo to CLARE by 29 April
  2. Complete this electronic HEALTH AND SAFETY FORM by 3 May
  3. Submit your stand plans drawings to CLARE  by 3 May
  4. Should you wish to order anything additional please go to the Event Services section on this page ensuring you meet the deadlines set out in the forms
  5. Refer to the Pass Registration section on this page for guidance on how to register your passes.

YOUR STAND - RAW SPACE

You will be provided with a raw space on the exhibition floor only. It is your responsibility to utilize and build in this space. Please check your contract for the exact size of your floor space and plan accordingly. What next? 

1. Review the STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS for signing off stands.

2. You will be required to provide detailed stand plans for your space that adhere to the STAND BUILD REGULATIONS 

3. Please complete this electronic HEALTH AND SAFETY FORM by 3 May

4. Please read the INFORMA RULES AND REGULATIONS HANDBOOK  thoroughly before starting the design.

5. Should you wish to order anything additional please go to the Event Services section on this page.

Please submit all H&S, design documents and order forms for all space only stands by email to your logistics contact by 3 May 2022

REMINDER: There are no complex build allowed for this event. Once submitted should your design be classed as complex you will be expected to redesign your stand and resubmit your H&S documentations

COMPULSORY - SEND YOUR LOGO

Please email the most up to date version of these types of logos and profile to CLARE ASAP or no later than 29th April

Please notify your operations contact if there are any changes to your logo to what is currently being displayed on the website.

COMPULSORY - COMPLETE H&S FORM

  • Each exhibitor and Informa appointed contractor must complete the ‘Health and Safety Declaration’ form provided below to confirm they have risk assessments in place for their stand and/or activities. 
  • The individuals with overall responsibility for the health and safety for the exhibitor stand and associated construction must be identified on the declaration. These individuals are responsible for ensuring the Health & Safety Rules and Regulations are adhered to and that their staff work safely.
  • Exhibitors may be required to provide copies of their risk assessment on request to assist the organisers in fulfilling their own health and safety obligations. Exhibitors, who are providing demonstrations involving the public which involve significant hazards, for example with the potential for falls from height or strenuous physical exertion, are required to be notified in advance to the Informa Event Organiser.

Singapore Expo Exhibitor Service Center 
Hospitality suites can order in-room bento boxes and drinks that will be delivered to your room
Exhibitors can order bento box refreshments that you can collect at the Refreshment Zone in hall 4.

Please note that due to local guidelines/regulations, no alcohol can be served/ordered during the event.

DELIVERIES

We strongly recommend that you use one of our 3 Official Freight handlers for this event. Informa Tech cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment nor are they responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries.

Informa Tech will not sign for the goods on your behalf. You must be onsite to receive and sign for the shipment yourself at the time it arrives.

Please note that post event, Informa nor the venue are responsible for returning your shipments. You must arrange the shipment yourself and then label the boxes and leave them with the appropriate person for collection.

1. Transportation

  • Meet & Greet Arrival Transfer enroute to hotel to visit a QTC/CTC Center to take a compulsory within 24 hours Supervised Self- Administered Antigen Rapid Test (ART) at a Quick Test Centre (QTC) or Combined Test Centre (CTC)
  • Departure transfer from hotel to airport to connect onward departure flight to originating city Ex Singapore.

2. Covid Travel Insurance of minimum S$30,000 premium for each participant

3. Travel visa entering Singapore for those that require visa to enter Singapore(Visa fee and assistance with submission through ICA Singapore is S$60 +7% GST per person additional)

4. Assistance with application of ATP or VTL passes through our office in Singapore (There is an application fee of S$30.00 +7% GST for this additional service)

5. Assistance with making appointment with Medical Clinic or Hospital to arrange for PDT PCR Test or PDT ART Test for onward journey requirement by the Airlines here in Singapore

PARKING AT CHANGI CITY POINT

When multiple events are held concurrently at Singapore EXPO & MAX Atria, it may be difficult to find a parking lot at our venue. Alternatively, you may park at the nearest mall - Changi City Point - and take a 5 minute stroll to Foyer Two of Singapore EXPO.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Exhibitors in the expo hall, evening party hosts and organizers of concurrent activities should be aware they are subject to the code of conduct. Exhibitors and party hosts may not promote sexualized or offensive imagery or activities. Exhibition and party staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct,  Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
