Directly on Swapcard, you can chat with your peers (1-to-1 or 1-to-many) by searching or through our AI recommendations. You can make voice calls or video calls with fellow delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and more.

HOW TO SETUP
To access your virtual exhibitor booth setup:
- Click on the link in your email from Swapcard to login
- Click on your icon and select Exhibitor Center
Here you can upload your company information, social handles, contact details, logo, documents, products and add team members.
FAQ
1. Is the data dashboard providing real time information?
Yes, the data dashboard works real-time.
2. When can admins edit their staff members’ profiles?
The admin can add staff members at any time once the platform is live.
3. What can visitors search for in the search function of the event site?
Products, services, company names, conference sessions, countries.
4. Is there any way to introduce an automatic reply for every message in the chat box such as “Thank you for your message, we will get back to you as soon as we can”?
Unfortunately, this function is not available.
5. On Swapcard, how can I export the Contact List report?
In your Exhibitor Center, Click on Team’s contacts and you will be able to export all contacts who have reached any of your team members.
You can also export meetings made by your team.
