An expert in video monetisation, Tim Armstrong has over 13 years’ experience working in digital media businesses and is a problem solver at heart. Through execution and capability in the digital media space, his ability to critically assess, embrace change, adapt and lead has resulted in continued career opportunities across sales, operations, technology, creative services and product.
At Switch Media, Tim leads the server-side advertising product (AdEase), as well as acting as a subject matter expert in the media advertising space. Day to day, Tim is responsible for ensuring the ongoing development of the product, market activity and commercial strategy of AdEase within the Switch Media business.
Tim’s approach to his roles, companies and the industry means he has become a trusted advisor in digital media monetisation. This is reflected through projects which included the likes of localising global technologies, formulating business models, creating commercial strategies, driving new/incremental revenues and business efficiency, thought leadership around video monetisation, assessment of advertising technology stacks and running RFP/RFI projects.
