How can I attend the ConnecTechAsia2019 Summit?
Kindly contact the Summit team at to register your interest. Conference registration will open in December 2018.

Once you have submitted your online conference registration form, a confirmation note with details on how to visit ConnecTechAsia2019 will be sent. Please do not pre-register online again to visit the exhibition. Your conference delegate badge will allow you entry into ConnecTechAsia2019 exhibition.
What are the modes of payment accepted?
You can register with the online form which will be available in December 2018, and follow the instructions to make payment via Credit Card, Telegraphic Transfer or Bank Draft. Your attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received at the organiser’s end.
If I sign up now and cannot attend the conference, can I send a substitute?
Substitutions should be made in writing before 17 May 2019. No refunds will be provided for cancellation or no-show.
Can I change the sessions I registered for?
Yes, however any difference in fees between the sessions originally registered for and replacement sessions will not be refunded. Any shortfall in fees must be paid for before attendance is confirmed.
Can you send me an invoice for the conference registration? My accounts department needs it to process payment.
You should receive an auto-generated invoice after registering online. If you did not receive your invoice, please contact the Summit team at

My accounts department needs time to process the fees and it may not reach you by the stated date. What should I do?
Your attendance will not be confirmed until payment is received at the organiser’s end. You may wish to make payment online with a valid credit card first and get reimbursed from your company using the receipt issued.
How do I register my interest to be a speaker at the ConnecTechAsia2019 Summit?
Submit a paper here by 4 January 2019. Selected speakers will be notified via email by 1 February 2019.
Is there any group discount?
Yes, there is a 15% group discount for a group of 4 or more registering from the same company. Please contact now to receive your promo code.
