Often facing threats of violence, human trafficking and other exploitation. Digital identity, on the Blockchain, can be the first big step towards a registered Economic Identify, that can provide access to inclusive social, and economic growth. This presentation will present one such Philippine project called the Caraga Economic Identify Project.

Drones have been used in terrorism, red team engagements and delivering contraband with little regulation to standardise threat and reaction activities. It’s a rapidly developing area which strings together the areas of Software Defined Radio, InfoSec and physical-kinetics into one little, affordable, powerful hovering laptop.
The presenter, Mike Monnik will introduce you to some of the core concepts to understanding drone security, the various components that are affected and several offensive and defensive measures organisations can undertake.
Over the past four years Mike has studied off-the-shelf drones and their strengths, weaknesses, vulnerabilities and vectors of offensive exploitation. He has hacked, hijacked, analysed and investigated their various incidents and involvements.
