I want to visit ConnecTechAsia2019 exhibition. How do I register?
Online pre-registration to visit the exhibition will commence in December 2018. Meanwhile, join our mailing list to receive updates about the event.
I want to attend the ConnecTechAsia2019 Summit. How do I register?
Registration to attend the ConnecTechAsia2019 Summit will commence in December 2018. View the Conference programme here.
Is there any admission fee payable to visit the exhibition?
This exhibition is open to relevant trade visitors and there is no charge to visit the exhibition.

If you are interested to attend the ConnecTechAsia2019 Summit, fees apply depending on the sessions that you would like to attend. Please click here for more information on the Conference.
If I have pre-registered to visit ConnecTechAsia2019 exhibition, does it mean that I am also registered for BroadcastAsia2019, CommunicAsia2019 and NXTAsia2019 exhibitions?
The ConnecTechAsia exhibition comprises of BroadcastAsia, CommunicAsia and NXTAsia.

Registering for ConnecTechAsia2019 exhibition means that you will have access to all of the 3 exhibitions:
- BroadcastAsia2019 at Suntec Singapore
- CommunicAsia2019 and NXTAsia2019 at Marina Bay Sands

Please note that Visitor Pre-Registration to the exhibitions does not grant you access to the ConnecTechAsia2019 Summit. To register for the ConnecTechAsia2019 Summit, please click here.
The online registration to visit the exhibition is closed. How do I register for the exhibition?
You can register onsite during show days (18 – 20 June 2019).

Simply obtain a Visitor Ticket at the Visitor Registration area at Suntec Singapore for BroadcastAsia; or Marina Bay Sands for CommunicAsia and NXTAsia. Complete the ticket and present it to the Visitor Registration counter together with your business / name card, to obtain your visitor badge.
I registered online to visit the ConnecTechAsia2019 exhibition and did not get a reply after 1 working day. How can I check the status of my online pre-registration?
You may log on to the Visitor Portal (available from January 2019) to check on the status of your online pre-registration.

Alternatively, please contact Jocelyn.Tan@ubm.com with the following information to facilitate us in checking on your registration status.

How do I travel between the both exhibition venues?
To facilitate your visit to the exhibitions at Suntec Singapore and Marina Bay Sands, free loop shuttle bus services are provided for your convenience.

Where can I see the list of exhibitors?
You can make use of the online Directory of Exhibitors and Products – a user-friendly platform that showcases exhibitors’ profile, product and services, and booth information. The Directory of Exhibitors and Products has search function capabilities, enabling you to easily shortlist the types of technology/solutions that you are looking for.

The online Directory of Exhibitors and Products will be ready in March 2019.
I need to apply for a Visa to enter Singapore for ConnecTechAsia2019. I have been told by the Singapore Mission nearest to me that I need to provide a Letter of Introduction from the Organiser. Who do I contact to obtain this Letter of Introduction?

Please also attach a scanned copy of your business card and passport to your email. We will email you a copy of your Letter of Introduction and send you the original copy by mail if required.
Is there a dress code to observe?
We seek your understanding that this is a trade (business-to-business) event and that visitors should be in proper business attire. Visitors in any of the following attire will not be allowed entry into the exhibition:
• Shorts
• Singlets/Sleeveless Shirts/Sleeveless T-shirts
• Slippers/Flip-Flops
• Sandals/Sports Sandals
• Uncovered Footwear (for gentlemen)
• Uncovered Footwear without heels (for ladies)

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission, without prejudice, to visitors who are deemed to be inappropriately dressed.
